You know that feeling.
| Why I built this I moved from Crimea to Prague at 20. Alone. No language, no connections, no safety net. Twenty years later I've built a life here — raised a child on my own after divorce, founded a charity for Ukrainian children, learned what it means to need help and not know where to ask. A few months ago my childhood friend came to visit after a hard time in my life. In one afternoon she fixed my toilet, replaced a socket in the bathroom, and repaired a tap. That afternoon I understood something I'd always felt but never said out loud: A woman will show up for another woman faster, better, and with more love than almost anyone else. We just need a safe place to find each other. That's Sisterhood. — Valerie, Founder · Prague, 2026 |
